My phone keeps powering on and off on its own. It is fully charged and is only 2 days old.

Are you able to remove the battery, re-insert and then power on the device? Have you tried a different charger to test the cellphone's response? What device brand/model your are currently using?

Thank you for letting us know. If you are unable to remove the battery, we encourage you to use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for some basic options. You'll need to select your device to begin. Then, you can select Power and battery beneath Device/software issues. The steps will run you through a series of checks, to see what may be causing this issue with your device. We'd love to help with this. You'll want to see if your device is covered by insurance or warranty. If you picked up the Axia in a store, you may need to return to the store if it's covered by warranty. If you have insurance on the device, you'll need to call Asurion at 888.562.8662.
