Another LG bootloop / total crash victim

I have had 3 LGV10 phones go into a bootloop scenario in the last 14 months. The first phone lasted 11 months and the two replacements each lasted 2 months. AT&T keeps sending me warranty replacement phones that keep crashing in the same way. Bootloop then the screen goes and stays dark. Total crash, phone inoperable, will not power on, etc. AT&T CSR I speak with are refusing to admit there is a problem with LG. The best they've offered is an S7 as a replacement. To add insult to injury my wife has a V10 that hasn't had a single issue in the same 14 months. We got them on a BOGO so I would have to pay off both phones to upgrade.

It is very frustrating when you have continued issues with your device.  Is accepting the S7 not an option for you?
