I have an original GPad (V410) that was on AT&T for 2+ years and never received and update. After going overseas, I unlocked it, but I am currently back in the U.S. and using AT&T Prepaid service with this device. My Android version is getting outdated to the point that my banking apps are no longer supporting it, so I tried to update it manually via the system menu, which just says "receiving data..." and does nothing else. I went to the LG site as suggested in another thread, but the LG site says it can only be updated through AT&T over the air. Thank you for helping me update my system so that I can continue using my banking apps (and much more) 🙂
I used both of those resources before making my post initially, and nothing has worked so far. When I go to update, it just says "receiving data..." and then nothing else happens. I couldn't find a solution via the standard trouble shooting either. Thanks again for any help!
We recommend contacting LG support for information and advice. Also when using our Troubleshoot and resolve tool. Please select your device then software update. This will allow you to walk through troubleshooting steps for your specific issue. Thank you.
