ATT Visual voicemail
ATT Visual voicemail will not work on my Android Motorola Droid turbo 2. I got the phone through Verizon in Nov 2016. A few days ago I switched to ATT and I am trying to get ATT Visual voicemail to work to no avail. Do you have any info that help me to make it work? Thanks

We can definitely provide you with some more information about using Visual Voicemail on your cell phone. The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is only compatible with Verizon, as shown in the specifications for your device on the Motorola website. Visual Voicemail is a feature that is specific to your carrier and because your cell phone is unlocked but not AT&T branded, there is no guarantee that all of the features will work properly. Instead of trying to use the built-in Visual Voicemail feature on your cell phone, we recommend that you Get the AT&T Visual Voicemail app and see if you can get your voicemail to work this way.
