i had to use my insurance for a new GS3 bc of a cracked screen... I just got the brand new one in the mail and while arranging the new phone to my liking, i find that it doesn't have that little AT&T update from about a month ago... The software on the phone says its up to date but i know its not the same... Anyone have any idea how i can get this update?

I have the exactly same problem with my new s3.
Both my phone and kies shows that I have the latest software but I know it's not.
Have you found out how to fix it?

Last week I bought a refurbished S3 directly from AT&T and it is also missing the latest software and it says I have the latest version..

I've contacted both At&T and Samaung but they couln't figure it out.
I checked the update today thru my phone, and it worked!!!!
Don't know why....
Anyway, now I have the latest firmware.
