ACTIVE PLAN DIDN'T RENEW

I recently bought a $45 refill and go card and I put it on that day with the pin and the next day the money is on my account but I have no high speed data. I with on my account and bought one of the packages with my $45 and now im down to $25 but I still can't make phone calls.

I know refilling your GoPhone account can be confusing. It’s important to us to help out and avoid any issues like this in the future. I’d love to help out and work towards a resolution with you!

 

If you have your account set up for AutoPay, it should automatically renew your plan and charge the $45 at the end of the billing cycle. This is the easiest way to ensure your plan is renewed. Since you purchased the data plan separately, this would be why you’re unable to make calls.
