750 Mb download??? over wireless? why?

I have a Galaxy S4, and I attempted to get the update to 4.3

To my great dismay I am being forced to use a wireless connection, not the LTE that the phone has.

I have DSL, and my speed is at most 1.5 Mpbs.

With a big download like that it going to take a day, and nobody else can get anything done, because it slows the download.

AT&T not everyone has fast internet!

Pretty much impossible to get it downloaded.

Tried it a few times, but then it loses the connection and starts all over again.

This delivery method does not work for me.

The cyanogenmod custom rom at 170 Mb looks pretty attractive.

Large downloads, like this one, are not allowed over cellular network to prevent any data overages and additional charges. If you have an AT&T store nearby, you can stop by one and use their wi-fi to download the update.

Thank you,

Dmitriy
