at&t blocks apps from amazon.com's android market
at&t still blocks apps available in Amazon.com's app store for android, which means that we miss out on the free app of the day from amazon.com EVERY DAY. if you think this has been corrected, go to amazon.com and try to install the amazon android app installer !!!! i will be switching as soon as my contract is up

It's not AT&T blocking it, this is a default Android setting. You need to make sure UNKNOWN SOURCES is checked in SECURITY for the Amazon app store to work.

Which model phone do you have? I've recently picked up a galaxy s3 and have been using the Amazon app for a few weeks now.
