Need advise on appropriate cell phone signal booster

Need advise on appropriate cell phone signal booster

Have a Samsung galaxy s7, at&t service. Just moved to a basement office and only get one bar at best and calls drop. Building owner will not spring for an external (antennaed) booster. I'm looking for a reasonably priced (<$200) booster either without an antennae or a desktop one that does not require me to leave the phone on Wi-Fi setting (eats up data too fast). All suggestions appreciated.
