Business phone upgrade

I have a business wireless plan and have 5 phones that we would like to upgrade.   Being the fact most of these phones are $800 or more, is there any deals or ways to buy one, get on for free?   I really can't see parting with 4k for new cell phones, but if closing account and moving service to a competitor will save me almost half-that is the option I must go with.  I have already stopped into local store with no help.   I have been with ATT for years and have multiple business landlines, internet and all our home needs covered by ATT.   I am reaching out in hopes to stay with ATT and hope we can reach an agreement.
