We have several convenient ways to pay your AT&T bill.
Learn how you can make payments online, over the phone, in person, and by mail.
You can also pay your bill from the myAT&T App by:
1. Signing into the myAT&T App.
2. Select your bill, under MY INTERNET PAYMENTS.
3. Enter the amount, date, and payment method.
4. Follow the steps for your payment method.
Note: You can save time when you sign up with hassle-free paperless billing or AutoPay.
If you're experiencing issues with your Internet service, you can check to see if there's an outage in your area:
1. Go to https://www.att.com/outages/.
2. Enter your ZIP Code to check for outages in your area.
You can also sign into your account for personalized results.
If you like, you can sign up to get an alert or text about an internet outage:
1. Go to your myAT&T profile.
2. Select Internet.
3. Go to Service Alerts and update your info.
If you're having a problem connecting to the internet, you may see an error message on your screen. Part of that message includes an error code that starts with NAD.
Find out if you're getting an NAD error message because your service is down. Check to see if there's an outage in your area.

Fiber Optic Gift Card
I called in to change my address in Jan '24 for the first week of Feb '24. The rep told me that if I upgraded to fiber optic ($30 more per month) I would receive a $100 gift card. It is March '24 still haven't received it and when I called in they said I'm not eligible. I've seen a few Reddit forums

Auto pay de enrollment
I have been de enrolled from autopay every 2 months, not by my request. At&t has been horrible about providing any solution and just keep blaming others. Telling me to re enroll and wasting my time on the phone. I'm going to be canceling my service.
