what does 000 credit score mean?

Hi I am a prepaid user and have just been noticed that my AT&T credit score was 000. What does that mean? Is it serious? (Since I can still use all the services) In the letter it said that key factor affecting my AT&T credit score is "no factors were provided by consumer reporting agency". I wonder who is the credit bureau and what can I do in such situation?

Re: what does 000 credit score mean?

Since you are prepaid, I’d say it means nothing. It probably means as far as ATT is concerned, you have no credit but since prepaid does not do a credit check or require any credit, it doesn’t mean anything.
