I received an email last month saying that I completed my three months and I still haven’t received my text messages for both lines. But I did receive a text about my bill needs to be paid on May 3rd. But no reward text messages. I have yet to talk to someone. They keep switching me to different phone numbers and customer service.

We advise contacting the AT&T Rewards center at 1-800-288-9983. Also, make sure that you check your other email folders for any message concerning your Rewards card.

The offer is for new lines of service only, requiring a new Device purchase and activated on a $50 or greater plan. You must make 3 monthly payments within 90 days of activation before we text a detailed message on how to redeem your card including your code at att.com/claimyourcard.
Please check your text message history for your code and instructions, not email. Thank you!

me too! exact same thing!!!!!!!!!!! I've called 7 different ATT numbers - NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING! I finally went to local store where I sighed up - they didn't know either however the manager is speaking with his escalation team this week and will get back to me as soon as he can find out anything! ATT& YOU ARE B**LS******S! I should have stayed with VERIZON They ALWAYS give what they promise!
