how do I find out how much data I use monthly?

this is for a Prepaid account, $45 autopay, USA

Hello @skisom,

 

We'd love to help you! You can check your PREPAID usage through several methods; the best way would be to log into your account. Once there, follow these instructions:

  • Go to Account History 
  • Choose start and end dates. You can select up to 30 days.
  • Select a History Type.
  • Select Submit, or Export to PDF.

You will be able to view details regarding usage from there. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach back out to us!

There is possible ways to check past usage on your prepaid account!

 

1. You can check you past usage sent to you via text:

Dial the numbers listed below to get a text message sent you with the requested balance.

  • *777*3# - remaining data available
  • *777*1# - remaining minute balance
  • *777*2# - remaining text and picture messaging add-on balance

If that doesn't work, you can also visit our Contact Portal and speak with an prepaid agent for additional assistance.

When I do as instructed in your email (which I had already done previously), the only data I get is for voice and it's not for the total amount used in a 30 day period, it's individual calls. When I select t 'text and data' I get a message, "Your request exceeds the maximum number of records available at one time. Please reduce your date range. My date range is 11/1-11-30. When I reduce it by 1, 2, 3, 4 date days, I get the same message. I would like to know how many text messages and how much data I use in a 30 day period.

Hi, @skisom,

 

The normal range when checking data usage under Account History>Data and Text Usage is a seven day period. If it's not opening up for you, the device you're using may not have the memory available to provide the history. The process provided is the only way of seeing detailed data usage. The green bar on the right side of the home page shows the remainder of your data for this period but it isn't detailed.

So it's not possible for me to find out the total data I used last month, or the total anything for that matter. Is that because I have a prepaid plan? Unsat.
