Why im not getting my 20.00 discount
I been with y'all 10 plus years n just seeing text for first time. I'm set up on auto pay but text tell me to add to my account balance it will be cheaper. Would that still be considered auto pay. I'm suppose to have 20.00 off my account but only 10 for some reason

Why do you think you should get a $20 discount? The autopay discount is $10. There have been promotions for $20 discounts on some plans but that is/was only for new lines.
