I am currently out of the country so my US number has been inactive but I reload it every month to keep the number. I tried logging in to the prepaid website to reload my account but it is not letting me. Did my number get cancelled again? Or is it just a system error?
We'd love to help with this. The AT&T PrePaid site is usually inaccessible when outside the US, if you've been able to reach before now, great! You're one of the lucky few! There has been a known issue keeping people from being able to access their account. Some people have had success with resetting their passcode by clicking on Forgot Password. If you're able to access the site, we recommend trying that.
You can also receive help for your prepaid service and account while outside the US by calling +1.408.962.1025. If you call from a wireless device, ask for a call back to keep from being hit with international long distance charges.
