I bought a prepaid SIM card whilst travelling in the US. I have now left the US and am back in my home country. I wanted to check via my AT&T Prepaid Account to make sure that I did not accidentally sign up for Autopay. However, I have forgotten my password/PIN so I cannot access my AT&T Prepaid Account. I just want to know that IF I had enrolled for Autopay, I would have had to key in my credit card details and I would have received a notification that my enrollment was successful, correct?
Allow us to lend a helping hand. If you were enrolled in auto pay, you would receive a notification when the payment comes out of your account. Check out this support article on Signing up for AT&T prepaid auto pay for information on the process.
To reset your prepaid password, click "Forgot password" at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts listed. Thanks for reaching out to us.
