When will I be qualified for my rewards visa card?
I opened up a new prepaid account in December 2018 with 2 lines of service and a $70 monthly plan. In February right before my 3rd payment was due to come out of my checking, I added 3 more lines. I received text messages at that point about how I would qualify for the $50 visa rewards card after making 3 payments. I have yet to receive any text telling me that I qualify for the rewards card despite the fact that I set up a brand new account 4 months ago now and made regular payments. Any idea what I can do at this point to remedy the situation?

Hello, @HELMTUCKER,
We'd love to help with this. The promotion began in January and you became eligible when you opened the new lines of service in February. You won't qualify for the gift card until you've made three monthly payments on the lines of service you just started. After you make the third monthly payment, you should receive a message letting you know how to redeem your card.
Have a great week!

It has now been over 2 weeks since my 3rd payment, but I have not yet heard anything. Should I be concerned?

I never received my reward card after 5 weeks. When I check the status online it says qualified but not mailed. I called today and was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I finally was able to speak with a representative I was informed that the card was mailed on April 2nd. However slow the USPS may be it should not take 28 days for delivery. I was told a new Rewards card must be issued and to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. After the hour plus hold time on the phone and the resolution that was offered I will say that I am going to shop around for a new service provider when I comes time to renew my service
