Prepaid phone charged my credit card twice for one month.
Credit card got billed twice for one month of the $30 plan and so my bill should not be due for another month but can't contact anybody to fix it

Are they actual charges or do they say “pending”? If they were actual charges, you should have a $30 balance on your account.
