Prepaid call and text message logs from 2017.

Hello,

I'm involved in an active lawsuit and my call and text message logs have been requested via subpeona. How can I obtain this data if I have an AT&T Prepaid account?

I would need the logs from Jan 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Prepaid call and text message logs from 2017.

You can’t, prepaid only has 6 months of history. Subpoena or not, ATT can’t provide what they don’t have.

Re: Prepaid call and text message logs from 2017.

Also its only 6 months of date time and number, the content of texts are only on the phone sending and receiving , no carrier keeps message content
