Paid for card, never got successful charge text, says plan expires three months from now
I bought a refill card after I got off work around 2am on the 5th of December. Plan renewed on the 6th. Got home and put in refill pin, tells me there was a problem with adding the pin. Made sure I put in the pin correctly. Is correct, telling me same thing. Go to website and try there. Tells me services are down. Give up and try later on in the afternoon. Goes through, but I don't get my successful charge text, and it is telling me that my plan expires on MARCH 5th, NOT January! And I don't have my high speed gigs, so something is seriously wrong! And I have paid a day early before with no issues!
