I purchased a prepaid phone online in August. There was a promotion for a $50 Visa rewards which stated "Requires purchase of AT&T PREPAID phone or SIM kit with activation of new line with payment on monthly plan (min. $35) & 3 monthly service payments w/in 90 days of activation". I've now made 4 payments but have not received any rewards code via text message. I did receive previous text messages stating "AT&T Free Msg: You are eligible for a $50 reward card. Simply make two more monthly service payments within 90 days of your activation date and you can claim your reward card. Go to att.com/prepaidreward for details." There isn't really anything helpful at that website.
Earlier this afternoon, I spent 2.5 hours calling 4 different phone numbers and speaking to 7 different AT&T customer service people in various departments (Promotions, Wireless, Tech Support, Prepaid). Very frustrating that the only time someone was appearing to be able to help me, I got disconnected after being on hold for over 30 minutes.

I finally got the text message with the code for the rewards card, 3 weeks or so after the latest payment. Took longer than was expected based on the info in the offer (which said 3-5 days after the payment), but I got it.

My card AT&T rewards card was copied and stolen and used.i activated it went to use it and said ensufficent funds. Could I get a replacement card

I was also promised a $50 visa gift card when i signed up for my pre-paid cell account in Feb - they said once you make 3 on time monthly payments within 90 days of activation you'd get a code via text or email or thru the prepaid account to enter into the rewards website to claim the $50 visa gift card.... well this has never happened. I've complained and called over 7 different times, AT&T rewards said go to my local store, went there and 10 days later manager said nothing he can do go back to AT&T rewards.... So here i am over a month now trying to figure out who to talk to and how to resolve. AT&T then told me to call back and ask for "upper management" and see what they can do. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and tired of wasting my time for no one to know anything. Can someone please help?! I'm half tempted to go back to verizon. And it seems i am not the only to complain about this as the AT&T forum is filled with the same complaints.
