Lost SIM card
Hi
I've lost my prepaid sim while travelling out of north America. I live in canada. My question is, if I can ask my friend to buy a new sim from walmart and register it under my existing account to keep the same old no.? Thanks

We’re happy to help! Your friend can purchase the SIM card for you or you can order a replacement online. One you have your new SIM card, update your device through your online account to activate it.
