Lost Phone With Sim Card

Hello I lost my phone with my SIM card in it and I can’t login to my account. I forgot my login and can’t sign in. Can someone help me?

Allow us to lend a helping hand. We recommend suspending your service so that it cannot be used by someone else. Check out this support article on Suspending wireless service for more information. 

 

To regain access of your online account click on "Forgot User ID" at the bottom of the log in page and follow the prompts on the screen. Thanks for reaching out to us.

I don’t know my login or password and can’t send it to my phone because I don’t have it. What do I do?

@Isaiahb33444 Links below are to help find your Android or Apple device. You needed to have backup documentation for login IDs and passwords for all accounts. I have this info on a flash drive hidden in my house and another one is my safe deposit box.

Thank you for that information, @Isaiahb33444.

 

To retrieve your user ID you can click the prompt at the bottom of the log in screen that says "Forgot User ID". This will allow you to have your user ID sent to your email address.

 

Since you do not have your device to receive the temporary password, we recommend bringing your photo ID into your local AT&T Store to see if they are able to help you regain access to your account. Thank you.
