I cannot log into my account

I tried to enter my account to check payments and others, but it keeps saying “the system cannot sign you in at this time” please help me to log in

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account online. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. Are any error codes being displayed along with that error message? Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your wireless device, or only when you try to sign in on an internet browser? If you're not using the app, which internet browser are you using? Have you already tried clearing the cache and cookies in your internet browser, or deleting and reinstalling the myAT&T app? when I tried to log in, there was no error code. It said 

Error!

The system cannot sign you in at this time. call 611 for help.

 

And also I just used internet browser with both of crome and safari..

I really want to log in and check my account..

 

Additionally, when I tried to make id for at&t mobile app, it says "sorry we could not validate your information". 

However, I already prepaid this month which means that my phone is active now.

Is there problem with my phone number?

Thank you for informing us. Was this your first time trying to sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account online? If so, please keep in mind that your username is your wireless phone number, and your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless phone number. If you've already previously signed in and changed your password, you'll need to use the 4-digit PIN or online password that you previously set up for your account. If you forgot your password, you can Reset your password at the link provided. Also, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies for your internet browser to see if that helps. You can also try using a different device, or internet connection to sign in with as well. Let us know if this helps.

Hi, I already logged in before so I changed password at that time. 

I tried to reset my password, but it also says "the system cannot reset your password at this time".

Additionally, I tried to log in with the other device and delete cookies to try, however, they all did not work.

 

should I get new sim card for this? I tried everything, and now I'm exhausted.
