Doubled charge on my credit card for subscription

Hi, I'm from Malaysia and I was in Atlanta for 16 days. I signed up for a local sim card with AT&T and however, I realized that I got charged an additional 40 dollars upon checking my bill after arrived in Malaysia. Now the question is, how can I contact customer service from Malaysia to get this check and refund?

Thanks for reaching out to us. You'll need to call +1.408.962.1025 for assistance with your AT&T PREPAID service while you're out of the country. However, it is unlikely that you will receive a refund. We are unable to process refunds for AT&T PREPAID accounts according to our Terms of service.
