'Device Summary Page' needed for cell phone insurance claim
Called AT&T twice now with the response that they will no longer provide this type of report and I see it's no longer possible from my profile when I login. How is that possible? I simply need a report to prove that my device belongs to me. (Via IMEI or Serial Number). When I made a claim a couple years ago with Cricket, this was not an issue at all.
Below is the exact terminology of the report I am after...Any thoughts?
Device Summary Page
Proof that the claimed cell phone is linked to your wireless account. Summary should include model and/or serial number

Greetings @scottphillips88,
We're sorry that you are having problems getting the ''Device Summary Page'' for your insurance claim. However, there has been issues with the Device Summary page, there isn't any update whether or not this will be resolved.
But feel free to click on this link provided to Find IMEI and Serial number. At the top of the page make sure you change the device. Let us know if this helps or not.

Jacob - Thanks, but I don't need help finding the IMEI on my device. I need validation from an ATT system that my phone is being used on your network. Either via IMEI or serial number. This is a standard thing required for every claim I have made over the years. Any thoughts on how to obtain this?

I'm sorry - when I go to profile and try any of these options, I do not get a device summary page anywhere. I think I have tried every single option on your website. I simply need a device summary confirming that my cell phone is being used on my account.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The third option from the right is My Device. When you click on that does it show you the device currently being used on your prepaid account?

Resolution - this information simply does not exist online. Why? I had to go into a physical ATT store (the 'authorized retailers could not help) and literally take a photo of this information from the employees iPad.
Please add this information to your customer facing website. This is information that users should have access to and I would rather not keep going into stores for a simple report. Thanks!
