Cant contact AT&T for PUK code

Hello, @Benderton93,
We'd love to help. Here are steps to get and apply the PUK code for your device. If you can't call in for the code and, as such, we can't call you for the same reason, then you'll probably need to go into an AT&T Store to acquire a new SIM card.

I bought an at&t phone for Mycah Roth for games. I am now trying to set the phone for Justin Thomas. I made a payment and received notice to change the pin number but it didn't work. Now I am locked out and i do not know the original email. I set up up and email for [email scrubbed]. Please help.

@j_thomas return the phone. AT&T cannot remove user locks and that's what your problem is.
