I would like to cancel my prepaid AT&T because I am not in the US anymore. The problem is that I cannot log in the prepaid management site because I do not have the 4 digit password. I cannot take a new one because I am in Europe and I cannot receive messages through the AT&T number (it is not connected to the network since I am in Europe). Can you cancel my autopay for me?
Even if you could receive a new pin, you would not be able to login to your account. Account access is blocked from most overseas locations. Sorry, this forum is not customer support. No one here can cancel autopay for you. Your options to stop autopay are to call or cancel your credit card. If you call, call the international support number.
