Autopay cancel

Hi,

I left US and forgot to turn off autopay. I tried to do it online but can't get in account because it is saying that 4digit pin is incorrect, i tried calling +1866499788 and +14089621025 but its disconnecting when you are connecting with the representative. No clue on how to solve existing problem, there is no email where i can subject my problem, can't speak with representative because its disconnecting. Advise, please

Re: Autopay cancel

Your only options to stop autopay are to call or get your bank/credit card to block the charge. If autopay is on a credit card, cancelling the card will work. Otherwise, just keep calling that 408 number until you get through. You can also try the postpaid international support number:

+1.314.925.6925.

You may be able to access your account online if you can establish a VPN to a US based network.
