Auto pay vs account balance
I am on the $45 prepaid plan but also have a $60 account balance. If I enable auto pay, will it deduct first from account balance, or charge to the credit card I have on file?

It will take the amount due from the $60 account balance first. Make sure to leave the credit card on the account to receive the auto pay discount
