Auto pay not working
My auto pay payment did not occur two days ago! Then my lines were inactivated until I paid it "by hand". My auto pay discount has mysteriously disappeared. I am also receiving conflicting reports about how much data I have. In addition, the help lone hung up on me. I am very frustrated.

To sign up, you can go to this site and click “Sign up for AutoPay now”. From there, you can follow the prompts and get enrolled.

Today is January 19 and I have enrolled in autopay. My account balance is $50 and I got a message saying "your bill is due tomorrow, but if you have auto pay you're all set." Well, today is the 19th and its like 6:00pm and autopay is not doing its job. It's still says auto pay is on and the money in my account hasn't been deducted yet? I have no more data and I need some, what is going on!?
