Att prepaid account activity

I recently transferred my number to another provider and now I can’t access the account activity on paygonline.  How do I get my final statement and activity log?

You can’t get your activity log now. Once you ported your number, your prepaid account was closed. You needed to download any usage logs or account activity before porting. You can try calling but don’t expect success.

@wyldwlm You're going to have to call them, I bet, given that they have a new 2-factor system (sort of) in place now, for account access.
