I accidentally changed my plan. And I have read where "at&t cares" has said other people who have done the same thing that basically we are screwed. There has got to be a way around getting my old plan back. I have to have my phone for work.
You can just change back to your old plan but you will have to pay for it again. Anytime you change your plan, the old plan terminates and you lose any remaining days. That is just the way prepaid works. You can try calling and explain your mistake and hope you get a sympathetic agent that will fix.
