I signed up for a multi-line prepaid account and ordered new SIM cards online in August. There was a promotion available at the time for a $50 Visa reward card after purchasing a new device or SIM card online and activating a new minimum $35 plan on it for each line. I was told to expect a text with an activation code for redemption after 3 monthly payments. I have made the initial activation payment as well as 2 additional payments, but have received nothing on any of my lines. How do I receive this code?

Hi, I have the same problem. I've met all of the terms and conditions for this offer, but never received a text with the rewards code. I've tried calling the customer service number on the rewardcenter.att.com website several times and waited on hold for over half an hour with no one picking up. Can I please get some help?
