Can someone explain WHY it is so hard to close the digital life alarm account? I called twice on Saturday, which I was placed on hold for over 30 mins the 1st time and 45 mins the second, with NO ONE checking on me. I guess they were hoping that I would hang up as they had NO CARE in the world to help me;which I did hang up!! I use to like this service now I want it CLOSED. The customer service reps in the closure department are VERY unprofessional and rude, not something I would expect from AT&T. I will be sure to share my negative experiences and feeling about this to coworkers and others that are considering this service.
