ATT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
I HAVE CLOSED MY DIGITAL LIFE ACCOUNT, 2 ACCOUNTS ACTUALLY ANND THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH VARIOUS PEOPLE AT LEAST 30 TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER, HAVE BEEN TOLD AT LEAST TWO TIMES THAT IT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME FOR A PITTANCE THOUGH I CLOSED THIS ACCOUNT IN MAY. NOW THEY SAY THEY WILL TURN IT OVER TO COLLECTION? AND I PAY ALMOST 200 A MONTH ON MY PHONE. I AM CLOSING THAT ALSO. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I'VE HAD 3 DIGITAL LIFE ACCOUNTS BESIDES MY PHONE. WHAT A RIP OFF. I AM SICK OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR INEPT HELP. GO AHEAD TURN OVER A 9.00 CLAIM TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND YOU WILL LOSE OVER 200 A MONTH FOR THAT. GO AHEAD. YOU CAN'T HURT MY CREDIT OF 50 YEARS.
