why change the webpage layout, now cant find what i need

i cant find my usage report or my A list so i can update it since your big redesigned, hard to navigate webpage!!!! oh and the chat and customer service people act like they never heard of the A list before!!!!!

can anybody help me find what im looking for?????????????

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your online usage on your myAT&T account! I’ll be more than happy to help you out where I can.

 

There are a few ways to view your usage online, depending on what billing period you are looking for. Check out our support article View past wireless usage to find out how to view it directly from the website and download the usage if needed.

 

I also recommend viewing the paper version of the bill, as the usage will be listed at the bottom of the page, which will not change.
