Are you checking the voicemail messages by dialing into the voicemail account through the number 1 button? If so, after listening to the message itself, you will hear a list for additional voicemail options, you will press 6 and then 5 to receive the sender’s header information.

I have the same problem. Robo-calls that leave a message, but there is no incoming call log entry. So I cannot add the robo-call number to the Reject List.
