When you are connected to your Voicemail by pressing the 1 key, what options are given? Do you receive any error messages?
Some device models offer alternate options to set up this feature. An excellent resource to view step-by-step instructions is through the AT&T Device Support tool, where you can also learn more about your phone’s Settings. Once there, please make sure to select your phone’s make and model > Tutorials > Voicemail.
