I have been paying for Roadside Assistance every month for 7 years. Today, I needed to use it for the first time, to get my car towed to repair shop 7 miles away - I was told it would cost $125 out-of-pocket! This is outrageous!!!

I have been paying for Roadside Assistance every month for 7 years. Today, I needed to use it for the first time, to get my car towed to repair shop 7 miles away - I was told it would cost $125 out-of-pocket! I agree this is fraud!!! Needless to say I will be switching to the competition; however, I would like to get a refund back for all the money I paid into this program not realizing they had no intention of actually "assisting" me when the need arose!
