Not likely.
Depending upon what phone type you have, and you you have it setup, you may be able to help yourself to find it though.

If you have more than one line, you may be able to use Family map.
As Geekboy said, even Familymap won't be able to use the phone's gps, without local setup, but it will be able to tell you the location of whichever tower it's connected to . . . Which can be a few miles away.
I personally think that that's just about useless, but it's available in case you think otherwise.
