If your card was lost, please visit our Reward Center FAQs page. Under general reward information, select “My reward card was lost. How do I get it replaced?” This will provide you with instructions on getting this taken care of.

Hello I have not yet received my att reward cards this is my second attempt to contact you guys it’s been over 30 days I was suppose to receive $400 in gift cards someone was suppose to contact me but never did sometimes I wish I would’ve stayed with xfinity but I love my AT&T services
