freezing a line
I have a business account and it has 4 phones (ATT premier). Is it possible to temporarily freeze one of the lines? If so, can this be done from my online account? By freeze, what I mean is that I want to make it so no calls, text or data use can occur on cellular?

What a great question! I will be more than happy to help you out with that!
To be able to voluntary suspend service on one of the lines, it will require a phone call to our Business Care department. They can be reached at 800-331-0500. When contacting them, you simply verify the account and provide them with the phone number you will like to freeze and the date you will like for that to begin.
