I definitely understand wanting to be able to login to your AT&T Address Book account to grab any contacts you may have stored. I would be more than happy to help you with this endeavor!
In order to login to your Address Book, you will want to start by clicking here. Once you arrive on the page, after reading the information posted, go ahead and click on the blue button titled “Log in to AT&T Address Book”.
Once on the next page, please enter our User ID and Password. If you forgot them, you can click the links below the Password box titled “Forgot AT&T User ID or Password?”
One very important item to keep in mind is AT&T Address Book is being retired. We have begun to shut down this service starting in January 2017; the retirement date for each customer will vary, however we will sent a text message to your account before the closing of it.
If you would like to continue to back up your contacts, I would recommend either backing up to a Gmail account or using an iClould/iTunes account, depending on your device.
