Why no customer care chat services for Go-Phone users?

Why aren't Go-phone/ Prepaid users afforded the same luxury of customer care assistance through chat? Every time I need help, I have the call the customer care phone number even when it's a small issue. I'm starting to feel like the ugly stepchild. I don't see why certain conveniences should be restricted to postpaid customers. It's not like prepaid customers are getting free service. We all have to pay our monthly bill if we want cell service.
