When will services be suspended?
I already have a payment arrangement set up for 1/31 but cannot pay until another 2 days afterward on 2/2? Will my service be suspended right away after missing my payment arrangement date?

I understand how important it is to have flexibility when making a payment. I know what it’s like to not have the money in the right place at the right time. I’ll be happy to help.
When you Make payment arrangements, you must pay the consented amount by the promised date or service may be suspended. Following a suspension, there may also be restoral fees to get service reconnected.
