What are the complete terms of service AT&T provides for basicaccess.com customers?

I just received an AT&T SIM card from BasicAccess.com.  You can see the terms they say they offer at

https://basicaccess.com/internet/products/

They say that AT&T cuts users off at their monthly allotment; the services I see offered on AT&T's website say they're throttled to 128kbps.  Who's right?

Hello there @RandomTroll!

Thank you for reaching back out in regards to your data question. I will be happy to further assist you!

Regarding your data plan of 1GB, when you use your allotted amount the speeds will still be throttled to 128kbps. This will be the same for all our data packages.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Good morning @RandomTroll!

Thank you for connecting to our Community Forums about your Sim card. I can definitely answer your question!

If you are on the 6GB data plan and you use all 6GB of high speed data, then you will be throttled at 128kbps for the rest of the month. You can also purchase additional high speed data as well.

Thank you for allowing me to answer your question and have a great day!

What if I'm on the 1 GB plan?

Yes, thank you for this information.  The people at BasicAccess.com tell me that we're cut off completely, not merely throttled, when we reach our limits.  They usually don't know what they're talking about.  Perhaps someone at AT&T would like to get this information to them.

Greetings @RandomTroll!

Hello again and thanks for getting back to me. You are correct in throttling occurs upon complete data usage in a cycle. I appreciate your feedback on this matter and will definitely inquire on BassicAccess.com further.

If you ever need any additional assistance, we are always here! I hope you have an excellent rest of your week!
