Voice Mail Samsung A117
I just activated 3 phones on a family shared plan. I was able to set up my own voice mail on my iPhone 3g with no problems, but when my husband tried to set up his voice mail on the A117, it went straight to a mailbox option- no prompts to record a greeting, etc. What do we do?

Was he setting up his voicemail for the first time with his phone? If so, you should call up Customer Care, and see if his VM needs to be reset.

Yep, that's what happened! They reset it, and he was able to record his greeting and such. It's been fine ever since! In fact, our cell service has been more reliable than our landlines lately!
