Visual Voice Mail issues

I have never been able to set up my visual voice mail. My rate plan does include it but every time I go to set it up it tells me my rate plan does not iclude it and that I need to change my rate plan that includes visual voice mail.

Visual Voicemail can be an excellent way to help keep your voicemails organized and manage them. I will be happy to assist you with getting it up and running!

 

In order to take a look at the rate plans and make sure everything is setup correctly there, I will be sending you a private message. You can check for this by clicking on the envelope icon in the top right of your screen.
